Jacob "Jake" Benscoter
Jake Benscoter, is Vice President
of Consolidated Air Support Systems, LLC (CASS) and Vice President of CASS Professional Sevices
Jake was the Vice President of ADSI from Feb 2013 until moving to his position in CPS at the 2018 Board of Directors Meeting. He has over thirty-six years
of Inflight Refueling experience having retired from the USAF as a Senior-Master Sergeant.
He has over 6,000 flying hours in the KC-135 and the KC-10. He spent
his last 4 years on active duty as the KC-10 Inflight Refueling Program
Manager, responsible for the oversight and management of all KC-10 Boom Operators in Air Mobility Command.
After his retirement from the USAF in 1997 after
26 years of service, he spent 10 years working as a Senior Technical
Analyst for a world-wide consumer product company. He joined the CASS Team in 2004 as an air refueling consultant before his promotion to Program Manager in support of Airbus, Northrup Grumann,
and EADS-NA, working on the A-330 MRTT and KC-45 tanker programs.
Jake participates in the Air Refueling Systems Advisory
Group (ARSAG), as Co-Chair of the Training Panel and Co-Leader of Group 5 (Air Refueling Processes and Procedures), and is a member of the DoD Joint Standardization Board.
He is the webmaster for the CASS web site.
